70% Colombian Huila | Single Region | Dark Chocolate Bar
Made from ethically sourced Fino de Aroma cocoa beans grown in south central Colombian region of Huila. One of Columbia’s first territories to cultivate cocoa it’s located along the Andes mountain range, which is home to the imposing Nevado del Huila volcano that makes for a mineral rich soil that gives this chocolate its distinct flavour. The result is a delightful, well balanced, floral chocolate with a defined cocoa taste and a gentle notes of banana and toffee. Pairs particularly well with creme patisserie or panna cotta based desserts.
We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that is ethically sourced and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
