Colombian Huila | Single Region | Dark Chocolate Bar | 70% Cocoa
Made using ethically sourced Fino de Aroma cocoa beans from cacao pods grown in Colombia’s Huila region, which was one of the first territories in Columbia where cocoa was cultivated. Located along the Andes mountain range, home to the imposing Nevado del Huila volcano that makes for a mineral rich soil that gives this chocolate its distinct flavour, resulting in a delightfully well balanced, floral chocolate with a defined cocoa taste and a gentle note of banana and toffee. Pairs particularly well with creme patisserie or panna cotta based desserts.
We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. So we only use cocoa that’s ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
