Chocolate & Banana Mousse
Ingredients:
300g Peeled Ripe Bananas
150g Russet Brown Cocoa Powder
150ml Whipping Cream (or Oat Cream to make it Vegan)
75ml maple syrup
1 ⁄ 4 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Method:
In a blender put the peeled and roughly chopped bananas, cream, maple syrup and vanilla and blitz until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and blitz again until well combined. Place in small dishes or glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve as it is or garnish with extra whipped cream, fresh berries and a sprig of fresh mint.
