Blood Orange & Cocoa Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Blood Orange Juice

  • 25ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 10g Terracotta Red Cocoa

  • 5g Light Muscovado Sugar

  • Pinch of Salt (to taste)

  • Grind of Fresh Black Pepper (to taste).

Method:

In a bowl add the juice, cocoa powder and sugar, then mix until well combined. Add the salt & pepper and give the mixture a quick stir. Whilst mixing slowly, stream in the olive oil to create a velvety vinaigrette texture. Use to dress fresh salads.
